ACCOMMODATIONS
AAIM has secured a limited number of hotel rooms for our group at The Mills House Hotel at a special rate of $349 per night for a Standard Room (plus applicable taxes). A daily destination amenity fee of $20 per room, per night, plus applicable taxes, will also apply. Our group rate will be available until Friday, September 18, 2026, or until our room block is sold out, whichever occurs first.

NOTE: If you plan to arrive on Friday, October 16, or Saturday, October 17, AAIM has also secured a limited number of hotel rooms for our group at the Courtyard by Marriott Charleston Historic District at a special rate of $329 per night for a Standard Room (plus applicable taxes). Our group rate will be available until Friday, September 25, 2026, or until our room block is sold out, whichever occurs first. The hotel is located at 125 Calhoun Street, less than one mile from The Mills House Hotel.

After the reservation deadlines or once either room block is sold out, all new reservations will be subject to availability and the prevailing room rates at the time of booking.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations and for all associated charges, including room rate, taxes, fees, and incidental expenses. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card accepted by the hotel. Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours prior to arrival; cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be subject to a charge equal to one night’s room rate and applicable taxes. At check-in, guests must present a major credit card accepted by the hotel; the hotel may place an authorization hold or process a prepayment for the estimated cost of the stay. Guests who depart earlier than their confirmed departure date will be charged an early departure fee equivalent to one night’s room rate and applicable taxes. All charges must be paid upon checkout.
NOTE: The only hotel room blocks organized for AAIM are the ones listed above. AAIM does not endorse or recommend booking accommodations through any source other than the hotel itself. No housing company, travel agent, or third-party agency is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of AAIM.
